We started as ADSJ EPC, providing Energy Performance Certificates across Berkshire. As the regulatory landscape grew more complex, so did we. Today, as ADSJ Property Compliance, we cover the full picture: EPC assessments and MEES guidance, HMO licence application management, professional floorplans and detailed property inventories.
For many landlords, compliance means juggling multiple providers, certificates, renewal dates and council deadlines. We remove that burden.
